“We’re a Family Farm with Family Fun!”
The 2015 season will start on October 3 and will run through November 1. Mark your calendars now!
Bring your family and spend the day stepping back in time, to a slower pace when water was pumped by windmill, tractors were started with a hand-crank, and a child’s favorite place to play was the barn loft.
The Hours of Operation will be:
Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Children 2 and under: FREE
Ages 3-64: $12
Seniors (Age 65+): $10
Military, Law Enforcement, and Medical Personnel (with ID) – $10.00
Groups (15+ paying guests) – $10.00 each
-Pick your own pumpkins with prices ranging from $1-$15
-Farm animal feed – 50 cents
We accept cash and organization checks, as well as Visa & Mastercard credit/debit .
Located centrally between Sylvania and Statesboro, Old Freeman Family Farm is a 150-acre 5-generation centennial family farm where you will love exploring our 5 acre Corn Maze and a pick-your-own Pumpkin Patch.
Take a ride on the haywagon where you’ll enjoy a 2.5 mile stroll exploring the sights and sounds of the farm. Visit our livestock barn where you can feed our farm animals. Keeping with the history of the farm, you can experience cane grinding and syrup boiling at our Syrup Shed, as well as view antique farm equipment demonstrations including peanut threshing and hay baling.
Other activities will include:
